– 100 g mafaldine,
– 1 small zucchini squash,
– A piece of hot pepper,
– olive oil,
– Parmesan
– Parsley, garlic,
– Salt and freshly ground allspice.

Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain water and immediately pour a little olive oil. Zucchini cut into long strips with a knife for vegetables readings. Preheat a frying pan a little olive oil and fry it on tape zucchini until lightly golden brown, add the sliced ​​clove of garlic and slices of hot pepper (if you like). Remove from heat, stir with mafaldine, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
