Mackerel in the oven.

what do you need:
2 large mackerel
garlic 3 cloves
1 lemon
sunflower oil 100g
salt, black pepper
1 bunch of parsley

Wash, gut fish, cut off heads and tails, let dry. Mix the salt, pepper and half the lemon juice, oil, garlic (to squeeze through spadefoot). The resulting mixture was thoroughly rub the fish inside and out. In the inside of the carcass to put a couple of slices of lemon and herbs. Baking tray lay a thick layer of foil and lay the fish. Cook 30-35 minutes in the oven at 150-180 degrees.
