Macaroni casserole with meat

Ingredients:

pasta — 400 g
ground beef — 500 g
onion — 1 pc.
small carrot — 1 pc.
Garlic — 2 cloves
sprigs parsley — 4 pcs.
egg — 1 pc.
grated cheese — 100 g
vegetable oil — 3 tbsp. l.
salt pepper

Preparation:

step 1
Carrot peel and grate. Onions and garlic are finely chopped. Parsley wash, dry and chop.

step 2
Preheat a frying pan 2 tbsp. l. oil. Place the onions and carrots. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes. Add the garlic, parsley and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 3
Add sauteed vegetables in the stuffing, mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg, pour it in a dish and kneading again knead all.

Step 4
In a saucepan, boil salted water, put the pasta and boil them until soft. Discard in a colander.

Step 5
The rectangular pack 1/3 pasta, then half of the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Put another 1/3 of pasta and the remaining stuffing, sprinkle with half the remaining cheese. Cover with remaining noodles, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and place in a preheated 190 ° C oven for 30 minutes.
