Light roast with mushrooms.

Ingredients:
— 10-15 mushrooms,
— 4-5 potatoes,
— 1 carrot,
— 3-4 cloves of garlic,
— Sour cream, paprika, black pepper, salt — to taste.
Cooking
Clean the mushrooms, wash and cut the each into 4 pieces. Peel the potatoes and seldom large slices. Carrot peel and grate or finely cut into strips.
In a baking dish Put all ingredients and stir, add the garlic cloves, salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little vinegar and oil. Bake at 180 degrees until done.
Ready roast with mushrooms Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. You can also decorate with fresh herbs.
