Light lemon cake

Light lemon cake.

• Clivochnoe oil – 200 g
• Sugar – 150 g
• Vanilla sugar – 1 package
• Salt
• Eggs – 3 pcs.
• Lemon – 2 pcs.
• Flour – 250 g
• Disintegrant – 2 h. L.
• Powdered sugar – 150 g

1. Preheat oven to 200 gr. Butter whipped into a foam steep sequentially adding a sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the egg.
A lemon to wash, dry, grate the zest and squeeze the juice. Juice and zest added to the sugar-creamy mass.
Mix flour with baking powder, sift on top of creamy mass, all thoroughly.
2. Baking grease with butter, fill the dough, smooth and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. I used the shape 20×20 cm.
3. Remove the cake from the oven.
From the second squeeze of lemon juice and mix with powdered sugar.
4.Esche warm greased cake frosting.
5.Polnostyu cool, cut into slices and serve.
