For cooking we need:
• The back of cod,
• butter,
• nut mix
• flour,
• grated cheese,
• lemon peel,
• parsley,
• Garlic,
• freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking method:             
1. ground together nuts, zest, garlic, parsley.
2. shtreyzelya peretiraekm flour with butter to form crumbs.
3. For the breading mix in equal proportions shtreyzel, grated cheese and nut mixture. Add pepper to taste.
4. Put the fish in a baking dish, top to “sculpt” the crust and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. I bake in the MULTI 7 minutes.
5.Serve hot.
