To test (cake 1):
240 gr. butter (at room temperature),
200 gr. powdered sugar,
100ml milk
3 eggs,
250 g flour
1 sachet baking powder,
1 pt. Vanillin,
1 tsp cocoa,
1 h. L. orange juice
Orange food color.
For the main cream:
500g butter,
250 grams of powdered sugar,
250g melted chocolate on a steam bath.

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Proseennuyu Stir flour and baking powder into the mixture. Continue to stir. At least add the milk and stir until a homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into 3 parts. One part of the divide a further three times, and one does not leave a colored, add the cocoa to another, in the third – the orange food coloring.

Lubricate the form of butter. On the thickness of a finger on the shape of the base to pour a thin layer of 1/3 of the dough.

Chocolate dough draw the spiral.

Over painted chocolate spiral, draw orange.

Again – chocolate.

The remaining gap is filled in the white dough.

Carefully pour verhushechku remaining white batter. Bake. 3 Bake the cake.

Prepare an oil cream: Beat butter with powdered sugar (100 gr separate cream for decoration), and add the melted chocolate on a steam bath (leave 50 grams of chocolate to decorate). Stir until completely dissolved. Grease cream cakes. Decorate spots as in the photo.
