Lentils – 450g
Water – 1.5 l
Butter – 150 g
Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Bay leaf – 1 pc.

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Put water on the fire with lentils and cook.
3. At this time in butter fry asafoetida, coriander and black pepper for 10-15 seconds.
4. In a pan add diced potatoes and carrots. Broil until 80% done.
