Lentil soup with mushrooms


Lentils red -250g.

Onion 1pc.
Pepper red sweet – 1/2 pcs.
-150g Mushrooms.
Zucchini 1pc. (A small, very young)
Cherry – 7pcs.
Olive oil
fresh herbs
Sea salt, ground black pepper
Saucepan 2L.


1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the olive onion until transparent.
2. Add the bell pepper, warm.
3. Add mushrooms I mushrooms, cut into slices. Fry for 10 minutes.
4. Pour hot water or vegetable broth and add a cup of lentils.
5. After 10 minutes, add zucchini, cherry tomatoes and half the greens. Salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. The soup is prepared just 30 minutes. Ready soup sprinkle with fresh herbs.
The next day I liked the soup even more. Lentils seethe even more, the soup has become a soup with vegetables.
