Lemons Muffin STRAWBERRY


– 375 g flour
– 1.5 tsp baking powder
– 200g sugar
– Zest and juice of one lemon
– 2 eggs
– 90g butter
– About a glass of milk …
– 2 handfuls of strawberries

Cooking method:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and zest. Putting it in a pile in the center and do deepen.
Melt the butter.
Squeeze lemon juice, measured in beaker. For what? Liquids we should get a glass. Therefore, look how much juice. The rest (up to 250 mL) take milk.
Mix butter, juice and eggs. Gently stir until smooth and pour liquid mass milk. Pour the liquid into the recess, and stir with a spoon until almost smooth. Pour the strawberries and stir again to strawberries evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Bake at 210 degrees for about 20 minutes (but do not forget to check the readiness of a wooden skewer)
