Lemon pistachio rings

– 1 tbsp flour
– 3/4 v cornstarch
– 100 g of butter at room temperature,

– 3 tsp lemon zest,
– 2 tbsp lemon juice

Connect the flour, salt, baking powder, starch. Beat butter and sugar, add egg yolks one at a time, peel and vanilla. On low speed mixer stir in the dry ingredients. Form dough disk, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment, a thickness of 0.5 mm. It is possible and thinner. Cut rings. Put them on a baking sheet with paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees. about 10-12 minutes. Cool, cover the glaze and sprinkle with pistachios. Leave to pour the glaze on the grill.
