Lemon pasta with shrimp.

225g spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic extruded
a pinch of red pepper flakes
450 g peeled shrimp
peel and lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente state. Heat olive oil and butter (1 tablespoon) and fry the garlic with flakes of red pepper. Cook until the butter is melted, then put the pan of shrimp. Cook, stirring, until the shrimp will not change color. Then, add the zest, juice and a second spoonful of butter. Stir when butter is melted, add the onions and pasta. Stir. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
