Lemon Madeleine
It biscuits enjoys increasing popularity. Madeleine does not require any special culinary skills and rare ingredients. The main thing – to be in the form of a shell through which Madeleine Madeleine becomes a real 🙂
I opted for a gentle Madeleine pleasant citric acidity.
You will need:
– 130 g flour
– 80 butter
– 2 eggs
– 80 g brown sugar
– Juice and zest of half a lemon
– Baking powder pinch (5-6 g)

Glaze:
– 2 tbsp. tablespoons lemon juice
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– Lemon peel for decoration
How to cook:
1. melt the butter and allowed to cool to room temperature.
2. sift flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
3. squeeze the lemon juice and rub the zest (for the test and decorations).
4. Egg whisk with sugar for 10 minutes.
5. egg mass gradually add the flour and butter, while continuing to stir. Pour the lemon juice and add zest. Mix thoroughly.
6. The resulting dough reserve in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

8. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 5 minutes, then at 200 degrees for 10-12. Madeleine should be golden brown and slightly springy. Ready Madeleine removed from the mold.
9. For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice. We cover slightly chilled and ready-Madeleine glaze, sprinkle with zest.
