Lemon honey jelly

Citric – 150 g
-Mёd – 3 tbsp
-Water – 2.5 cups
-Zhelatin – 3 tsp (a small hill)

The cooking process:

To prepare the lemon-honey jelly you need to take lemons, honey, water and gelatin.

Lemons wash, cut off from their zest (without subcortical white layer) and finely chop.

Gelatin pour 0.5 cups of cold boiled water and leave to swell for 30-40 minutes.

The remaining water is poured into the pan, add the zest and cook it for 15 minutes.
Broth strain.

Dissolve gelatin in water bath.

From the pulp of lemons squeeze out the juice and strain it.

In the broth peel pour juice and gelatin, gently heat the mass.

The mixture to cool to a temperature of 40 degrees and put it in the honey.

All carefully stir until completely dissolved honey and cool to room temperature.

Jelly molds greased with olive oil.

Pour the mixture over the gelling cups and put them in the fridge to solidify.

Carefully separate the gel from the frozen walls of the mold and put it in the socket.
