Lemon cupcake on yogurt.

For the cake:
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 2 tsp lemon zest (peel about 2 lemons)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup vegetable oil

For syrup:
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 cup sugar

For the glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover the bottom of the baking paper baking dish measuring 22 x 11 x 6 cm or a volume of 1.5 liters. Lubricate the form of butter and sprinkle with flour.

In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.
