Lemon corn cake with berries

What do the lemon, corn grits and honey? And what of these wonderful ingredients obtained dough cake with berries! Simple but very nice cake, which combine to only taste, but also the color.

1/4 cup yogurt
corn grits 1 cup
lemons(large) 2 pcs.
butter(+1/2 Art. L.) 200 g
honey 2 tbsp. l.
1 cup flour
baking powder 2 h. L.
1 cup sugar
baking soda 1/4 hours. l.
salt 1/4 hours. l.
berries(to your taste) 200 g
eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method:
1.Rinse berries under running water. In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 Art. l. butter, mix with honey and pour this mixture of berries. Mix gently.
2.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish split butter and sprinkle with corn grits, as shown in the photo. Remains of cereals shake out of shape.
3.In a medium bowl combine wheat and corn flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
4.Mix well and leave until the sidelines.
5.In another bowl, place the butter, sugar and zest of two large lemons.

9.Separately, beat the eggs with the yogurt. Very little, only that the components were mixed.

14.Bake the cake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
