Lemon coconut cookies.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut flakes
powdered sugar

Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter with sugar and zest. Beat in the egg. Gradually sprinkle in the flour mixture and coconut flakes. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the pan 2 baking paper.
A blind test of their small balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Put beads at a sufficient distance from each other. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Leave for a few minutes in the oven and then removed and let cool completely before serving.
