Lemon cake.

For the base:
225 g. cold butter
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar

For filling:

400 gr. condensed milk
juice of three lemons
4 eggs
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. Spoon flour
1/4 tsp. Salt

1.Smeshat flour and powdered sugar, combine with butter, chopped to obtain chips. Little, if it is squeezed between the fingers should stick together into a dough.

2. Pour the dough into the bottom of the form and press down lightly.

Preparation of the cream:

3. Beat until fluffy condensed milk and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, mix gently. Pour onto the substrate.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until the filling thickens. Cool fit. Chop and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
