Leg of lamb stew with rosemary.

INGREDIENTS
lamb 500 g
salt 2 g
1 g of pepper
1 g of rosemary
red wine 50 g
sunflower oil 10 g

COOKING PROCESS
Leg of lamb lightly fry on the grill or frying pan. Then, in a deep bowl pour vegetable oil, add pepper and rosemary. Lower to the leg of lamb.
Pour the wine.
Season with salt.
Pour a little water. Simmer the leg of lamb over low heat for 3 hours.
Feeding, watering sauce and garnish with roasted head of garlic and rosemary.
