LAZY Ratatouille.

● Eggplant 1 pc.
● Fresh Tomato 2 pieces.
● Garlic cloves 1 piece.
● Olive oil 2 tbsp
● White cheese 6 tbsp
● Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
● 1 tbsp fresh basil

1. Eggplant incision, to get a harmonica, and soak it in salt water (preferably a couple of hours).
2 tomatoes cut into thin circles or semicircles – depends on the size of the eggplant.
3. From cheese cook pasta – add to it chopped garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil and a little mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix until smooth and sprinkle with basil (can be fresh, dry can be).
4. In a greased form Put the eggplant slightly reveal it for stuffing and cuts grease with olive oil. In each section of a slice of tomato and put the stuffing of cheese. Above you can, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour. This is a great appetizer, main course and a light wonderful side dish.
In the cold dish does not lose its fantastically tasty quality!
