Lasagna holiday

Lasagna holiday recipe.


  • lasagne – 12 pcs.
  • onions – 1 clove
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • minced meat – 300 g
  • Canned mushrooms – 120 g
  • wheat flour – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • tomato paste – 4 tbsp. spoons
  • butter – 3 tablespoons. spoons
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. spoons
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • ground allspice, salt to taste

What to do:

Onions and carrots cut into small cubes, sauté in the oil part.
Minced meat fry in the remaining oil, add chopped mushrooms, pour the mushroom fill, enter the chilled-dried flour, tomato paste, nutmeg, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
In the form, greased, put layers of sheets of lasagne and minced meat with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle with melted butter and bake for 20 minutes.
Before serving, cut into portions of lasagna and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
