For the dough:

Flour – 2.75 cups
Butter – 125 g

Dried apricots – 1 cup
Favorite nuts (better to take a mix of different kinds, I cashews and almonds) – 0.5 cups
Raisins – 0.5 cups
Chocolate, grate – 30 g
Liquid honey – 2 tablespoons. l.

Slightly spicy spices: cinnamon, ginger, cloves, star anise, cardamom


1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
2. Add the cold butter cubes and chop it with a knife, then grind into crumbs all.
3. Pour in the milk and knead the dough. Hide in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Dried apricots soak for 10 minutes in boiling water, then drain. Grind the dried apricots in a blender.
5. To add the raisins, dried apricots, chocolate, hacked into a blender nuts and honey. Stir, add the spices and zest, stir again. It turns out this thick paste and useful.
6. Take the dough from the refrigerator, roll out into a rectangle and cut it into 12 pieces of 6×9 cm.
