Kish with spinach and anchovies


For the dough:
280 g flour
140g chilled butter, grated on a coarse grater

For filling:
150g new potatoes
200g baby spinach
300 ml whipping cream
2 large eggs
A handful of grated Parmesan cheese
10 canned anchovies in olive oil

How to cook:
1. Quickly knead the dough, roll into a ball, wrap film and remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the oven to 190C. Roll out the dough, put in a form with borders, chop with a fork and bake for about 25 minutes.
3. Boil the potatoes in their skins until polugovnosti, peel and cut into slices.
4. Spinach put in the microwave for 2 minutes, cool slightly and cut.
5. Mix the cream, eggs, 2/3 of the cheese. Half anchovies finely chop and add to the potatoes and spinach. Strong pepper. Green stuffing spread over Korzh, pour the cream mixture, top with whole anchovies and remaining cheese.
6. Bake the cake for 40 minutes.
