Kish WITH SALMON AND BROCCOLI

Ingredients to form 24-28 cm:

250 g flour
125g cold butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Sahara

250 g broccoli (frozen pre-defrost)

2 eggs
200 g sour cream (20-30% fat)

Composition
