In the world there are many wonderful pies with meat, but the king of them – certainly, quiche! Fine crackling and abundant toppings guarantee incredible flavor of this cake. We propose to make puff pastry quiche. Your family will love it!

puff pastry without yeast – 500g
250 grams of flour.
200 grams of butter or margarine.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
Water ad libitum.
Baked ham – 250 g
cheese – 300 g
eggs – 5 pcs.
Milk – 250 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
green onions – 1 bunch.
Dried basil – 1 tsp.

1. Prepare the dough. Pour the flour mound and rub butter into the flour on a coarse grater. Frays hands the flour and butter to get the “crumbs”.
2. Break the egg into a glass, add vinegar, a pinch of salt, pour two tablespoons of water, beat with a fork in the emulsion.
3. Pour the mixture into the dough and knead. A piece of dough, wrap in cellophane and put it in the fridge for an hour.
4. Slice cheese and boiled pork into thin strips, add to the mixture of chopped onion and a spoonful of dried basil. Mix all the ingredients of the filling. Separately, chop the garlic.
5. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and transfer to a shape forming a high boards. The excess dough around the edges with a knife cut. At the bottom of the basket of dough evenly lay crushed garlic.
6. On top of the layer of garlic Put the stuffing of cheese, ham and onions. In a separate container, mix the eggs and milk and pour the resulting mixture pie filling.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remember, during the baking the oven can not be opened!
Ready remove the quiche from the oven, cool slightly and cut into portions. Serve with a fresh salad and herbs.
