Kish Italian with tomatoes, basil and Parmesan


300 g flour
150g chilled butter, grated on a coarse grater
1 egg
8 st.lozhek ice water
A pinch of salt
For filling:
300 g cherry tomatoes
300 ml whipping cream
2 refrigerated eggs
A bunch of green basil
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
A little olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:
1. For the dough: Mix the butter with the sifted flour, water and a little beaten egg, add salt. Roll into a ball, wrap with foil and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C. Roll out the dough, put in a circular shape with borders, chop with a fork.
3. Tomatoes cut in half, put in another fireproof dish, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil. Simultaneously Korzh bake 25 minutes.
4. While the cake is baked and fill the tomatoes to make: Mix the beaten eggs and cream, season with salt, add the chopped basil.
5. Korzh sprinkle half the cheese, put the tomatoes, pour the egg-cream mixture, again sprinkle the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Serve the cake with fresh basil leaves.
7. Kish Italian with tomato, basil and cheese ready.
