«Kebab» Ratatouille and turkey on skewers.

1.»Kebab» turkey.
— 200 grams of turkey breast (chicken breast)
— Half of sweet pepper,
— Lemon,
— Salt, freshly ground pepper,
— Yogurt sauce with garlic and herbs.

It’s simple. Turkey cut into slices, mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Threaded on skewers, alternating with pieces of pepper and lemon. Fry in a skillet, grill or oven.

If you seem to dry while eating (although it is not), to prepare a simple sauce made from yogurt (low-fat sour cream mixed with yogurt), adding a little garlic and herbs, salt, pepper.

2.Ratatouille on skewers.
