Julienne in tartlets.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (cooked) — 400 g
Mushrooms (fresh) — 400 g
Onions — 2 pieces
Cheese (creamy, not too hard) — 300 g
Cream (20%) — 500 ml
Wheat flour — 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms, onion, finely chopped breast — and fry until evaporation of excess fluid.
2. Add the cream and slowly introduce the flour — to thickened
3. Arrange for tartlets
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven until crust (about 10 minutes — 15)
