Julienne in tartlets.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (cooked) – 400 g
Mushrooms (fresh) – 400 g
Onions – 2 pieces
Cheese (creamy, not too hard) – 300 g
Cream (20%) – 500 ml
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms, onion, finely chopped breast – and fry until evaporation of excess fluid.
2. Add the cream and slowly introduce the flour – to thickened
3. Arrange for tartlets
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven until crust (about 10 minutes – 15)
