-Butter – 3 tbsp
-Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
-Paprika Ground – to taste.
-Salt – to taste.

Cooking method
Step 1 Squids scalded with boiling water, remove the film and take out the cartilage plate. Shred squid strips.
Step 2 Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in oil portion, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Put the squid, salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
