Juicy chicken cutlet with rice for 20 minutes

-Rice to taste
-Chicken fillet 450g.
-Mushrooms 100 gr.
-Red bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
-Mozzarella 150g.
-Egg 2 pieces.
-20 g green onions.
-Cream (I have 22% fat), 4 tbsp. l.
-Garlic 3 pieces.
-Chili 0.5 h. Liter.
-Salt to taste
-Ground black pepper to taste
-Vegetable oil 50 ml.
-Starch 3 tablespoons. l.

Boil rice
My chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
Diced sweet peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms.
Chopped green onions.
In a bowl, connect chicken, peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms, green onions, eggs, salt, black pepper powder, starch, cream, chili, garlic.
All ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Spread on a heated pan with vegetable oil cakes (cakes Form I soaked in the water with his hands), fried patties over medium heat, covered on both sides.
Served chicken cutlet with rice ready.
Dish just decorate green onion and sweet pepper.
