Italian wedding soup

You will need:

For the meatballs:
Minced beef – 225 g
Minced pork or turkey – 225 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Bread crumbs / bread crumbs – ¼ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Chopped parsley – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – ½ cloves

For the soup:
Chicken broth – 4 cups
Fresh spinach chopped – 2 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese – ¼ cup
Pasta (soup / any form of your choice) – 225 g

Preparation:
1. Grate the parmesan. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl by hand.
2. Whisk the egg. And add to stuffing.
3. blind from minced small meatballs. Put them on a greased baking dish, place it in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Symptom readiness meatballs – crackling.
4. Cook the pasta to the soup a little less time than indicated on the package. Try not digest it. Drain. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large saucepan.
5. Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the meatballs and boiled pasta and hold the soup on the fire for a while.
6. The soup is served with grated parmesan cheese.
