Italian strawberry tart

— 1.5 cups of flour (cup = 250 ml.)
— 1.5 tsp. Baking powder
— 1 tsp. Cinnamon
— 90 c. softened butter
— 2 eggs
— 3 \ 4 cup sugar
— 2 tbsp. tablespoons of warm milk
— 1 \ 4 tsp. Salt
— Strawberry


Heat the oven to 180 degrees, with a diameter of 22-24 cm. Oiled. Mix in a bowl sifted flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Separately, beat butter with sugar until white, add the eggs and milk, stir, add flour and carefully mix the dough spatula, pour into the mold, smooth. Strawberries cut in half, put on the dough in a circle, pressing down lightly. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes. Ready cake cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, sweet tea.
