Italian frittata

Recipe Italian frittata.

Ingredients:

  • olive oil to taste
  • medium size onions 2 pcs.
  • chicken breast or turkey ham / chicken 60 gr.
  • cheddar or other cheese, low-fat varieties of 40 c.
  • green onions 2 tbsp. l.
  • 1 large egg pieces.
  • 4 large egg whites piece.
  • thyme, black pepper to taste
  • tartlet ready to taste

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to maximum
Put the pan with a wide bottom over medium heat, pour olive oil to cover the bottom
Onions chop, pour, and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes;
There also add the ham. Roasting time — 3 minutes
Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool for about 5 minutes
Take a large bowl to mix all remaining ingredients, plus the fact that fried in a pan
Beat the egg whites and whisk
Continuing all the stir whisk, gently add the remaining ingredients
In each baking dish pour 1 tbsp. spoon mixture. Frittata is baked until tender (about 20 min.)
