Italian Christmas cookies

INGREDIENTS
sun-dried figs – 300g
honey – 250 g
rum – 3 tbsp. l.
butter for greasing
Different nuts – 450 g
flour – 300 g
Cheese – 150 g
bitter chocolate grated – 100 g

COOKING METHOD
1.Raisins soaked in rum. Nuts fry in a dry hot pan, for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

2.Figs and nuts coarsely chop knife. Honey is melted in a water bath to cool.

3.Stir in the sifted flour with honey, nuts, figs, raisins and chocolate. Cover and leave overnight. In the morning put the dough layer 2 cm into a greased and lined with parchment form. Smooth and bake for 30 minutes. at 180 ° C. Allow to cool, cut into pieces.
