Italian chocolate dessert

Ingredients 6 servings
Egg chicken 2 pieces
Butter 100g
Sugar 120 g
Cocoa 20g
Wheat flour 100g
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Cream 35% -s 300 ml
Almond 50 g
Cherry 250g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Dark chocolate 50 g

1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cocoa.

2. Add melted butter, mix the sugar and then stir again.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the dough, mix gently and put the laid on a baking sheet with baking paper (about my size 30h35 cm).
4. Put the dough in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5. Ready cake cool.
6. Take a round bowl, without greater capacity of about 1.2 liters and using it as a stencil, cut out the cake circle and put it aside.
7. Samu lay a bowl with cling film.
8. Of the remaining cake to cut the triangles, I received not only triangles, and stripes and rectangles, so no big deal and put them in a bowl repeating its shape.
9. Nuts chop if intact, I immediately bought a ready-made, chocolate, finely chopped.
10. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar. Then I cheated a little, because the powder was not much, I just took it and milled sugar in a coffee grinder, it turned out the same powder.
11. And instead of the total amount of cream, it took them about 200 ml, and then added about 100-150 grams of curd paste without flavorings.
12. In mass add nuts, stir, then chocolate, stir again and add the cherries.
13. Cherry I had frozen. I thawed it merged juice.
14. The resulting mass lay out the cake and cover with a circle cut.
15. Hide in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight.
16. Before serving, invert onto a plate, get it out of the bowl and garnish. I sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with sprigs of fresh mint and cocktail cherries.
