Italian cabbage rolls

You will need:

Cabbage – 1 kg
white bread – 250 g
Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
Cheese – 100 g,
milk – 250 g,
salt pepper.


1. Prepare fresh cabbage as for ordinary cabbage.

2. Crumb stale wheat bread chop, pour the warm milk and stir.

3. When the mass has cooled slightly, add the beaten eggs (whites and yolks together), grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

4. For each cabbage leaf put the prepared stuffing and cook stuffed cabbage and cook the meat or vegetable broth, until the cabbage is tender or bake in the oven, pour the sour cream or tomato sauce.
