Italian appetizer — bruschetta.

Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes 280 gr.
fresh basil 110 gr.
fresh parsley 70 gr.
4 cloves of garlic pieces.
grated mozzarella 110 gr.
70 ml of olive oil.
salt 1/2 hours. l.
pepper 1/2 hour. l.
pine nuts 50 grams.
baguette 1 pc.

Preparation:
Tomatoes cut in half.
Basil, parsley and garlic finely chop.
Mix the ingredients with olive oil, salt, pepper and nuts
Slice the bread and place on a baking tray
Heat the broiler in the oven, then brush the bread with olive oil and place the stuffing.
Cook under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
