For the cake:
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
180g cold butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 large green apple
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
1.5 cups milk
1.5 teaspoon vanilla

Grease a baking pan with butter. Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Sift together the flour with baking powder, salt, cloves, nutmeg. Oil rub into the flour mixture until loose crumbs. Add sugar and mix.
Peel and slice the apples and add them to the flour mixture, the oil.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs separately with milk and add them to the main mass. Stir until smooth dough. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle top with sugar and send bake 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Check for availability.
Serve with vanilla Kurds.

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar about 2-3 minutes until light yellow mass. Milk separately from the whole to a boil. Then slowly pour in the egg yolks, whisking constantly so the yolks are not curled. Pour the whole mass is now in a saucepan and place on 4 minutes until thick. At the end, add the vanilla. Pour into saucers. Serve warm or cold.
