Burfi – is an Indian dessert. He’s very sweet, but it is ideal for tea.

There is a great variety of recipes for its preparation: burfi sesame, banana, nuts, with Indian spices.

• Butter – 200 g
• Sugar – 200 g
• Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
• Cream of 35% – 225 ml
• Powdered milk (fat content of at least 25%) – 450 g
• A bit of roasted cashew nuts for decoration

1.Connect in the tank butter, sugar (including vanilla) and put on fire.

2.Varit, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. I should get a homogeneous mass.

3. Add the cream, bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and cool to warm.
