Ice cream sundae

Ice cream sundae.

You will need:

Cream 33% — 2.5 cups,
Sugar — 1 cup (I reduce to half, but that’s my taste)
Egg yolks — 4 pcs ..
Vanilla to taste.

How to cook:

1. Egg yolks carefully grind with sugar, to enter the vanilla.

2. The mixture is placed in a pot and diluted with hot cream.

3. Heat on the stove stirring constantly, but do not boil. When content is slightly thickened and disappears from the surface of the foam, remove the pan from heat, strain and cool.

4. Then pour into the tank ice cream and frozen.
As for the ice cream, I long ago came to the conclusion that if they buy it, and then it must necessarily be automatic. I do not think that there must be some complicated bells and whistles in it, normal will be enough.

If the freezer is not, then the mixture is poured into a container and put in freezer for a couple — three times every half hour mix.
