Hot appetizer of pita

This unusual crunchy appetizer of pita delight you with its taste, and especially those who are not indifferent to the pasties.


– 6 thin lavash
– 200 g chicken ventricles
– 200 g chicken hearts
– 150 g of cheese
– 2 eggs
– Chives
– dill
– Pepper, salt
– Vegetable oil for frying

1. Boil and hearts ventricles and grind them in a blender.
2. Dill and onions shred knife and add to the giblets.
3. Use a fine grater rub the cheese and mix it with other ingredients, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and mix well.
4. The filling is ready. Now cut the pita bread into triangles, on the edge of pita spread the stuffing and wrap in the form of a “cigar” greasing the tips of protein.
5. Fry them in vegetable oil. After frying Put the “cigar” in the towel to remove excess fat.
6. Crispy beauties are ready! Serve with sour cream.
