Honey cake

INGREDIENTS
fine sugar — 1 cup
egg — 4 pieces
2 h. L. soda
flour — 3 cups
vegetable oil
40 shelled walnuts
1 cup honey
0.75 cups of sugar
400 g of cream fat content no less than 25%

COOKING METHOD
1. Nuts chop knife. Beat to a froth honey, sugar and eggs. Add baking soda, flour and nuts and mix well. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 3-4 hours.

2. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Put on 3 baking sheets of parchment, brush them with vegetable oil. The dough is spread on parchment very thin layer. Bake the cake every 7 minutes.

3. Whip the cream with the sugar. Fluff cream cakes all, except for the top. Top cake sprinkled with powdered sugar. Assemble the cake, sprinkle with ground nuts sides.
