Honey buns with cinnamon and Pecan.

1/4 cup warm water
Dry yeast 1 tbsp. l.
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
Butter 50 g.
Egg 1 pc.
The yolk 1 piece.
Zest of 1 orange taste
Sol 1 hour. L.
4 cups flour
Butter For filling 50 c.
Sugar For filling 1/2 cup
Cinnamon For filling 1 tbsp. l.
Butter For the gravy 50 c.
Honey For the gravy 1/2 cup
Chopped pecans (can substitute walnuts) For the gravy 1 cup

1.Pour the yeast in warm water and leave without mixing.
2.After a few minutes, when the yeast start to foam, add the remaining ingredients and the dough is kneaded until until it is elastic, although still slightly tacky.
3.Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until such time as it will not increase in size by half.
4.Remove the dough from the bowl and roll it into a large rectangle about 0.5 cm thick.
5.Melt the butter, grease them the dough, then sprinkle evenly with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (I replaced part of the usual vanilla sugar, which beneficially affected the taste of bread rolls).
6.Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into 12 identical cylinders.
7.In a separate pan, heat the butter and honey and stir until then, until they form a homogeneous mixture.
8.Take a baking dish or pan of suitable size with high sides, pour the mixture to butter and honey, sprinkle with nuts and place rolls one to another – so that they fit fairly close to each other.
9.Put the pan in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Enjoy your tea!
