Homemade fish fingers

— 3 eggs
— 1 cup flour
— 450 g cod fillets
— 200 g breadcrumbs
— 1 tsp salt
— 200 g parmizana
— 1 tsp red pepper

1.Narezhte fish fillets into cubes and roll them in the flour
Then, beat the eggs, add the pepper and salt. Mix the breadcrumbs with grated cheese on a fine grater.

2.Opustite fish pieces in egg and roll in breadcrumbs

3. Put the fillets on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and send in a preheated 230 degree oven for 15-20 minutes

4. Fish sticks prepared! Serve them with tartar sauce or any other of your choice.
