Homemade chicken ham.

– Up to 1 kg chicken
– 1 sachet of gelatine
– Garlic
– salt pepper

Cooking process:

Take the chicken or chicken legs. Remove all bones with the skin (but you can leave it on the fan), cut into medium-sized pieces and add up all in a cup.

Here we add the garlic through a press, salt and pepper to taste. You can add nuts, pepper, prunes, etc.

Then, pour a packet of gelatin (dry) and all is well mixed.

Take a pack of milk or juice, always within the foil (Tetra Pack), and to add up all the meat. Top package wrap film.

In a saucepan pour the water, so that when we get to put our package, the water level coincides with the level of our meat. Turn on the gas and cook all over medium heat for an hour – a half.

Time passed, gently pull out our package and take out the balcony until cool. How cool, carefully cut open the box. Our ham is ready.

Advice – water in meat is added.

Note: This dish can be made from turkey. A great alternative. Replace chicken or turkey than not spoil the recipe, just make it better.
