Home baked ham

“The recipe for homemade pork. Juicy pork that melts in your mouth. There is no big secret – one piece is baked pork with mustard and cream.”
Ingredients for 6 servings of pork:
1 kg of pork (ham)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp hot pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mustard

How to prepare homemade pork:
1. Pork wash, dry with paper towel. Prick a piece on all sides with a toothpick about 10-15 times.
2. Garlic grind in a blender, add cream, mustard, pepper and salt. Obtain consistency of sour cream sauce.
3. Put a piece of pork on a foil. Coat with the sauce the meat on all sides. Wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven C for about 1 hour.
4. Give the meat to cool completely. Cut into thin slices and serve chilled.
