Herring marinated in apple cider vinegar

This delicious herring I have not tried!


Herring 2 pcs
onion 1-2 large onions
Apple vinegar, 5 tablespoons
salt 2 tsp
0.5 tsp sugar
1 cup of water (250 ml)
peas pepper 10 pc
a pinch of coriander grains

1. The fish is cleaned and cut into pieces.
2. Onions cut into half rings.
3. In water, dissolve the salt and sugar and add the apple vinegar, mix well.
4. In a bowl put the fish, mixed with onions, sprinkle with pepper and coriander and pour brine (not hot).
5. A bowl cover. One day you can enjoy!
