Hercules-almond pancakes

Hercules-almond pancakes.


Oatmeal – 100 g
Ground almonds – 70g
Almond milk – 250 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Butter or margarine for frying
almond flakes
Honey or maple syrup to feed


1. Oatmeal grind in a food processor to a powder.
2. Mix with ground almonds, egg and milk.
3. Knead the dough and fry the pancakes on a hot pan on both sides until golden brown in butter.
4. Serve with honey and berries. To decorate sprinkle with almond flakes.
