For liver pancakes:
✔ pork liver 500 grams.
✔ sour cream – 2 tbsp
✔ flour – 2 tablespoons
✔ chicken egg – 1 pc.
✔ Onions – 1 small head
✔ salt, pepper, spices.

For filling:
✔ mushrooms – 6 pieces.
✔ onions – 3 small head, or a large one.
✔ carrots – 1 pc.
✔ Garlic – 2 cloves.
✔ 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
✔ cream – 1-1.5 tablespoons.
✔ processed cheese half.
✔ dill, parsley.


1. liver pancakes: pork liver, onion, two tablespoons of flour, two tablespoons of sour cream, 1 egg, salt and pepper, add the seasonings that you like all good whip in a blender. In a frying pan fry the liver pancakes of the same size. We dismiss them aside.
2. For the filling: finely cut onions, mushrooms, three on a fine grater carrots, squeezing and 1 clove of garlic, or finely cut it.
3. All overdo on low heat, we shift into a bowl and add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, sour cream spoon, cutting herbs (dill, parsley) and another clove of garlic finely chopped.
4. Mix and smear liver pancakes, stuffed coat with the remaining sides of the cake.
5. Top three processed cheese on a fine grater (do not forget to put the cheese for 15 minutes in the freezer, so it will be easier to rub on a grater), decorate with greenery.
