Grilled vegetables with capers and nuts.

• zucchini,
• Bell pepper,
• capers,
• Pine nuts,
• green onion,
• oregano,
• Garlic,
• mozzarella,
• olive oil,
• white balsamic vinegar.

Cooking method:    

1. Garlic grind.
2. Oregano milled.
3. For the marinade / sauce mix the garlic, oregano, freshly ground black pepper, vinegar and olive oil (oil should prevail in the composition).
4. Zucchini cut into thick slices.
5. Pepper cut into segments.
6. Onions cut into rings.
7. mozzarella “tear” into pieces.
8. pickle vegetables in half the marinade for half an hour. The second half will serve as a sauce when applying.
9. Nuts dry fry pan.
10. Fry the vegetables on the grill to the state of al dente. We spread them on a plate heaped art, pour the remaining marinade sauce, sprinkle with nuts, capers, onion and mozzarella.
